Lander Planning has advised a home owner in respect of their proposals for extensions, alterations and a car port to their property in Minster, Sheppey. The client had previously received a refusal for their proposals on the basis that the scheme would exceed the limits set out in the Council’s Householder Extensions SPG. Lander Planning subsequently obtained planning permission for a rear extension, ground floor extension, a car port and external alterations.
Lander Planning subsequently won an appeal in relation to the additional first floor side extension element of the proposal. The client ultimately obtained the permission that they sought at the outset with the assistance of Lander Planning.
