New dwelling adjacent to Conservation Area

Lander Planning has secured planning permission at appeal for a new dwelling within the Canterbury urban area. The appeal successfully demonstrated that the proposal would be appropriate within the streetscene and protect the character and appearance of the adjacent Conservation Area, contrary to the Council’s reason for refusal.
