New Mezzanine Floor and Removal of Bulky goods condition for Open A1 retail use
Lander Planning secured planning permission for the insertion of a mezzanine floor and the removal of a condition which restricted an out of town retail unit to selling only bulky goods. The permission has provided the retailer with an open retail (A1) use which has given greater flexibility for the future in relation to the goods sold from the site, adding value to the premises.
