Infill house outside of village confines
Lander Planning has obtained planning permission at appeal for a detached house as an infill plot outside of the village confines of Milstead (Swale). The house was carefully designed to take account of neighbouring houses, the streetscene and its setting within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Lander Planning also obtained planning permission at the same site for a two storey extension to the neighbouring historic house and a detached ancillary outbuilding within the curtilage.
