Lander Planning has secured planning permission for a new building to be used as a farm office, meeting room, garaging and residential annexe to support a growing fruit farming business at Stone Chimney Farm, Conyer. The site is located outside of village confines and within an Area of High Landscape Value.
The application outlined that the building is necessary for the effective and efficient running of the growing farm business and that the proposal will help to support the rural economy. The building’s location is adjacent to a grade II Listed Building and the application included a Heritage Statement which demonstrated that the proposal would protect the setting of the Listed building.
