Lander Planning has secured planning permission for three x 5 bedroom detached houses with garages, parking and amenity space in Bexley, South London (London Borough of Bexley).
The proposal involves the demolition of an existing dwelling on the site and its redevelopment to provide three family houses. Part of the application site is covered by Green Belt designation and this was addressed within the application proposal, retaining built development outside of the Green Belt land.
