Lander Planning was founded by Klaire Lander (BSc (Hons), MA, MRTPI) in 2015

Klaire started her planning career in the public sector, as a Planning Officer at Canterbury City Council. Klaire then gained invaluable experience in the private sector, at Barton Willmore as a Senior Planner, then at DHA Planning as an Associate.
Klaire has obtained consent for a vast number of residential, commercial, listed building and other projects. See more on Lander Planning’s Projects Page
Klaire is an active committee member of Women in Planning Kent and is an advocate for Women in Business.
Klaire is a keen sportswoman, including swimming (open water and pool), triathlon, cycling, pilates and enjoys walks in the countryside.
Why use Lander Planning
Lander Planning has enabled many landowners across England to realise the development potential of their land through planning permission or land allocations in Local Plans. Lander Planning works on a wide range of projects including residential, commercial, heritage, agricultural and rural uses.
Charitable Support

Lander Planning is proud to sponsor the education of two children in Entebbe, Uganda, who would otherwise not be able to attend school, as it is not government funded.
Lander Planning has also provided support for the Little Me School in rural Uganda, where Klaire undertook some volunteer teaching in 2018. Klaire fundraised for renovations to a building to enable it to be used as a new classroom – which meant the school could increase their pupil numbers in what is a very remote part of the country with very few schools.
