Lander Planning has secured consent at appeal for x3 self build houses in the Green Belt in Higham.
The Inspector agreed that the development comprised ‘appropriate development’ in the Green Belt; that the development would not harm the landscape; would not harm the SPA; and that an affordable housing contribution was not required, all contrary to the Council’s reasons for refusal.
The proposal will bring forward much needed self build housing for the Borough in a sustainable location.
