Lander Planning secured planning permission at appeal for the change of use of four holiday let units to four residential units. The site is located in the open countryside and the Council sought to retain the tourist accommodation and resisted residential in this location.
Lander Planning successfully outlined the merits of the proposal and that the loss of the holiday accommodation was not harmful to the aims of the Local Plan.
