Lander Planning has secured planning permission for a large orangery extension, external alterations and a swimming pool at a house in the Green Belt, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty/National Landscape, Area of High Landscape Value and in a Conservation Area.
The Council in its pre application advice had raised concerns regarding the size of the orangery extension, it being a large increase at ground floor level. Lander Planning successfully addressed those concerns to secure consent.
