Lander Planning is delighted to have assisted with a revised application for x6 houses and garages outside of the settlement of Borden, Sittingbourne (Swale).
A historic extant planning permission was in place and the application sought to change various aspects, including moving away from a pastiche, traditional design to a contemporary approach to suit modern day living. The scheme will bring about ecological benefits and sustainability measures.
The planning committee resolved to grant planning permission.
