Lander Planning secured planning permission for x5 houses and a bungalow, to replace an existing row of garaging in Epping, Essex. The development enabled the redevelopment of an redundant urban, brownfield site.
The decision came after an extremely lengthy delay as a result of Epping Forest District Council having a moratorium on issuing planning consents for housing where the site is within the catchment of a Special Area of Conservation. Lander Planning has successfully discharged the conditions of the planning permission.
