Lander Planning secured planning permission on appeal, overcoming a refused planning application, for a two storey extension to a house in the countryside and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB)/National Landscape in Swale.
Lander Planning successfully argued that the proposal would not have an undue impact on the AONB, was of an appropriate scale and in accordance with planning policy.
