Lander Planning secured planning permission for a storage building within an Area of Local Landscape Importance (ALLI). The building will enable the storage of equipment to maintain the land and involves the removal of existing dilapidated buildings on the site and the upgrading of the land from its previous detracting uses.
Lander Planning demonstrated that the building would protect the character of the ALLI.
