Lander Planning received prior notification approval for the change of use of an agricultural building to a flexible commercial use (B8 – storage & distribution).
Lander Planning successfully demonstrated that the scheme comprised permitted development under Class R of the GPDO and that the development would be acceptable in relation to transport and highways impacts, noise, contamination and flood risk.
